2 cups besan

1/2 tsp salt

6 pieces Onion (slices)

Method of making onion dumplings- First of all, take gram flour in a bowl, add rice flour, salt, carom seeds, ginger, red chili powder, baking soda and green chilies and mix. Now add green coriander and mix it. After this, prepare a thick batter by adding some water. Now put oil in a pan and heat it and put the onion pieces in the gram flour mixture and wrap it well. Now deep fry these onion pieces in oil. After that fry them till they become crispy and golden brown. Take hot pakodas are ready. Now serve these pakodas with green chutney or ketchup.
