Raipur: On suspicion of tax evasion, the Income Tax Department on Wednesday raided the premises of 5 businessmen of the capital Raipur together, which is still going on. In this raid, the department simultaneously raided the houses of big businessmen of real estate, gutkha. Now thousands of crores of illegal investment and fake companies have been disclosed.

Along with this, income tax department has seized jewellery worth 3.75 crore. The department has investigated more than 26 residential premises of Aggarwal-Wadhwani Group, in which illegal investment of 50 crores has been revealed. Apart from this, 9 out of 12 fake companies have also been revealed in this investigation. Not only this, documents of several big properties have also been found in the Wadhwani-Agarwal group in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Let us tell you that this raid by the Income Tax Department has caused a big stir among the big businessmen of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. In this action of the joint team of Raipur and Jabalpur, the department raided 50 bases simultaneously on Wednesday night. This action will continue even today in different cities of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The operations of the Aggarwal Group, which are in operation, include MS Angles, MS Channels, Billet Factories.
