India A to Face Pakistan A today in Intense Clash at ACC Emerging Teams Men's Asia Cup 2023

Sri Lanka: India A, under the direction of Yash Dhull, will take on Pakistan A in the ACC Emerging Teams Men's Asia Cup 2023 on Wednesday, they will be looking to build on their impressive performance. 

India will give it their all against their neighbors despite already having secured a place in the semifinals because of the rivalry between the two countries. Pakistan has also beaten the same opponents as India and is unblemished in the competition.

When India A and Pakistan A take the field against one another today in the Emerging Asia Cup 2023, they will both be looking to maintain their two-match winning streak.

The two bitter rivals will square off in the much awaited match at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Prior to the semifinals, the victor of this match will hold the top rank in Group B.

India A entered the game having just defeated Nepal by nine wickets. In the game, Nishant Sindhu put up an amazing performance by taking four wickets.

Abhishek Sharma, the opening batsman for India A, shone with an incredible score of 87 from 69 balls. India A defeated UAE A by eight wickets in their opening match of the tournament. The team coached by Yash Dhull presently holds the first spot in Group B standings with four points from two games.

The squad will be hoping for a solid performance from the top two batsmen, Sai Sudharsan and Abhishek Sharma, who both produced half-centuries in the previous encounter. If we examine the bowlers, Nishant Sindhu claimed four wickets while only giving up 14, and Rajvardhan Hangargekar also contributed with three dismissals.
