New Delhi: India and Israel are working together to develop a special rapid testing kit to speed up the testing of coronavirus. A trial is going on at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML), if this trial is successful, the corona test results will be revealed in just 30 seconds.

Four techniques to detect coronavirus in 30 seconds developed by Israeli scientists are being tested at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi. About 10,000 people will be tested twice in this new technology trial. Once the gold standard molecular RT-PCR test and then four Israeli techniques will be used to test whether these innovations will work properly. In contrast to the swab sample collection method, in this test people will need to jerk or speak in front of a trachea-like device that will collect the sample for the test.
