Bengaluru: The whole country is struggling with Corona. In Karnataka too, the cases of corona are increasing day by day. On Saturday, Karnataka Agriculture Minister BC Patil and his wife have been confirmed to be infected with Corona infection. However, earlier the minister's son-in-law was also confirmed to be corona infected. He is in isolation at his residence after Corona's report came back positive.

In a video message released on Twitter, the Agriculture Minister said that he and his wife Vanja are without symptoms and there is nothing to fear. They have expressed confidence that both will get well soon and return to work. On Friday night, Minister BC Patil had tweeted that his son-in-law has been infected with Corona infection. Prior to Minister BC Patil, State Forest Minister Anand Singh and Tourism Minister CT Ravi have also come under the grip of this corona infection.

Independent member from the Mandya seat of Karnataka in the Lok Sabha, Sumlata Ambareesh was also infected with Corona infection and has recently recovered. A few weeks ago, CM BS Yeddyurappa also had to go in self-abode. When some employees of his residence cum office 'Krishna' were found infected with corona infection. It is worth mentioning that till Friday, 1.24 lakh infected coronas have been reported in Karnataka, out of which 2,314 people have died and 72,005 patients are under treatment.
