New Delhi: From July 13 to July 23, 2023, Sri Lanka will host the fifth iteration of the Men's Emerging Asia Cup competition sponsored by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). Eight Asian nations are scheduled to compete in the tournament using the 50-over format. Nepal is one of the teams in Group B. Pakistan A, the UAE A, and India A. Oman A, Sri Lanka A, Afghanistan A, and Bangladesh A are the teams in Group A. For the semi-finals, the top two teams from each group will qualify.

On July 20, the winner of Group A will play the team that finished second in Group B in the ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup 2023 first semi-final. On July 21, the winner of Group B will play the team that finished second in Group A in the ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup 2023 second semi-final. On July 23, the ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup final will take place.

Yash Dhull, under whose leadership India won the Under-19 World Cup last year, has been appointed captain of India A by the Junior Cricket Committee. On July 19, India and Pakistan are scheduled to face off in this tournament.

On July 14 at 10 AM IST, India A will play UAE to begin their ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup 2023 campaign. The ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup 2023 match between India and Pakistan will start at 2 PM IST on July 19.
