New Delhi: Amidst the border dispute between India and China in the Line of Actual Control (LAC) region, corps commander-level discussions have once again begun in Moldova. The 12th round of Core Commander level talks between India and China has begun. Apart from LAC, discussions are expected between the two countries on the disintegration in Gogra and Hot Spring.

China had recently suggested communications on July 26 to end the LAC dispute, which India rejected due to Kargil Vijay Diwas. India had asked China to fix a new date. Now, this 12th round of talks is taking place. A total of 11 rounds of talks have been held between the two countries so far. It is because of these talks that the armies of the two countries have retreated in many places, but the deadlock still persists in The Deppsang Places, Gogra, and Hot Springs.

Tell you that in mid-June last year, there was a violent conflict between the two countries in the Galwan Valley. 20 Indian soldiers were killed and several Chinese soldiers were killed. However, China did not report the actual number of soldiers killed in the confrontation. Since then, clashes between India and China have persisted in different border areas.
