India: Record broking deaths due to corona in last 24 hours

New Delhi: Corona figures in the country are once raising concerns. A total of 3.29 lakhs of new corona cases were reported in the country on Monday, which rose to 3.48 lakh on Tuesday. The new death figures have shattered all records so far. For the first time in a day in the country, 4,200 patients have lost their lives from the corona. Earlier, the country had the highest number of deaths on May 7, when a record 4187 corona patients died in a day.

Coming to the active case, Karnataka has surpassed Maharashtra in this regard. There are 5,87,452 active cases of the corona. There are 5,58,996 active cases in Maharashtra. On the other hand, the death toll due to oxygen in the country does not seem to be stopping. In Goa, 26 patients died in 4 hours due to disruption of oxygen supply. State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has ordered an inquiry in this regard. Meanwhile, the High Court will hear the matter today. Maharashtra has registered 40,956 new corona cases in the last 24 hours, 793 deaths, and 71,966 patients discharged. Mumbai reported 1,717 new corona cases, 51 deaths, and 6,082 recovery reports in the last 24 hours.

Delhi has reported 12,481 new corona cases in the last 24 hours. During this period, 13,583 people were discharged and 347 people died. In Madhya Pradesh, 9,754 new corona cases have been registered in the last 24 hours, while 94 patients have died. There have also been 9,517 recoverers during this period. Karnataka has registered 39,510 new corona cases in the last 24 hours, while 480 deaths have been reported. However, in the last 24 hours, more than 22,584 patients were discharged.
