New Delhi: Coronavirus infection cases are increasing rapidly in India. In the last 24 hours, the maximum 83,877 new cases of corona pandemic have been reported. With this, the number of infected in the country has crossed 38 lakh. According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Thursday morning, 83,877 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.

This is the largest number of Corona cases reported in a day. During this time, 1043 people have died due to Coronavirus. The total number of deaths from corona in the country has reached 67,376 and the total number of infected has increased to 38,53,406. According to the data, the recovery rate in the country has reached 77.08 per cent.

The figure of active cases is 21.16 per cent. The death rate is 1.74 per cent while positivity rate is 7.15 per cent. In the last 24 hours, 68,584 patients have recovered. So far, a total of 29,70,492 patients in the country have recovered by defeating the coronavirus. The number of active cases of corona in India is 8,15,538.

In the last 24 hours, with the highest number of new cases reported, the maximum testing has also been done. In the last 24 hours, 11,72,179 tests have been done. A total of 4,55,09,380 samples have been tested so far. After America and Brazil, India is third in the case of the countries most affected by the Coronavirus.
