New Delhi: The number of new corona cases falls to 40 thousand. The good thing is that on the previous day, 42,916 patients have also recovered from Corona. This increase in corona cases is the highest in the world after America and Brazil. At the same time, the death toll is sixth in the world.

According to the latest data of the Ministry of Health, the total corona cases in India have increased to 95 lakh 71 thousand. Out of these, one lakh 39 thousand 188 people have lost their lives so far. Total active cases have reduced to four lakh 16 thousand. In the last 24 hours the number of active cases has decreased to 6861. So far, a total of 90 lakh 16 thousand people have become healthy by beating Corona. In the last 24 hours, 42,916 patients have recovered from Corona.

In 26 states and union territories, active cases are less than 20,000 and in 9 states and union territories, active cases are more than 20,000. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 14.47 million samples were tested for coronavirus in the country by December 3, of which 11.70 lakh samples were tested yesterday. The positivity rate is seven percent.
