New Delhi: India has accepted orders for hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) from three countries. These 3 countries are America, Spain and Australia, who first ordered it. The US administration has considered Hydroxychloroquine-HCQ as a game-changer drug to combat the coronavirus crisis. However, there is still no consensus in the medical world regarding its use.

Donald Trump has reacted to giving HCQ to America. In a tweet, Trump said, "In close circumstances, close cooperation between friends is needed." Thanking "India and Indian people" on HCQ's decision, he said, "It will not be forgotten!" Thanking PM Modi, he said, "Thank you not only India but your strong leadership for helping humanity in this fight"

Let us tell you that earlier this week, India announced that it will give HCQ to the neighboring countries and countries that are suffering from this epidemic badly. On the commitments imposed on its exports, the Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement that our companies are capable of fulfilling orders. From India, 30 countries around the world including Gulf and Malaysia have demanded for HCQ.
