Bengaluru: Amidst the resolve to free Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) from Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan's central government has decided to write a history of India's borders. Its purpose is to awaken the feeling of patriotism among the people and inform them about the people living in the borders and border areas.
The Defense Ministry has informed that the Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has issued instructions in this regard after brainstorming with several big personalities of the Indian Council of Historical Research and officials of Nehru Museum and Library, Director General of Archives, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs in the same context. Have done. This is a unique initiative in itself, this particular project will be informed about the history of borders keeping in mind various aspects of different borders of India.
These will specifically mention the deterioration of borders, the determination, the transfer of people to other places, the role of security forces, the role of border areas and the socio-economic aspects related to their caste, culture and their lives. The project is expected to be completed in two years. The Ministry of Defense has also taken suggestions from the authorities and has given instructions to complete it as soon as possible.
