India has gifted 44 Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) to the Mozambique Interior Ministry as a token of friendship, which tata motors. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has handed over these vehicles to India in Mozambique on a three-day visit. The SUV will be used by Mozambique's National Criminal Investigation Agency. The Indian Embassy in Mozambique tweeted, "On behalf of the Government of India, The Defence Minister, Mr. Rajnath Singhji, has given the Interior Minister, Mr. Jam Basilio Monteiro, in a 44 SUV gift."

For your information, India shares a close, warm and friendly relationship with Mozambique, which is strengthened by a strong development partnership and a large presence of Indian expatriates. New Delhi and Maputo signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) on Tuesday, including an agreement on white shipping information sharing and cooperation in the field of hydrography with another.

India has also gifted Mozambique two Fast Interceptor Boats (FIBs) to boost the security of the country's police force and their navy. The gift is delivered at the Mozambique Naval Headquarters. In the presence of Rajnath Singh, a certificate was given for handing over by the Director General, Coast Guard of India and the head of the Mozambique Navy. The four-member ICGS team will assist training and support for the maintenance and operation of the two boats, which are to be used for coastal surveillance.
