Haridwar (Uttarakhand): On August 6, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev strongly condemned the recent attacks on Hindu homes, temples, and businesses in Bangladesh. He urged the Indian government to take diplomatic and political measures to ensure the safety of the Hindu minority in the neighboring country.

Amid the political turmoil in Bangladesh, including student protests and the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Ramdev voiced his concerns for the well-being of Hindus. He emphasized that India should remain vigilant and intervene if necessary to protect the Hindu community there.

"The systematic attacks on Hindu properties in Bangladesh by fundamentalist forces are both disgraceful and alarming," Ramdev stated. "India must act to safeguard the honor and dignity of our Hindu brothers and sisters."

Ramdev called for India's diplomatic and political efforts to prevent further incidents and, if needed, to intervene directly. "We played a significant role in the creation of Bangladesh; therefore, it is our duty to ensure the safety of Hindus living there," he asserted.

Ramdev  also warned about individuals within India who might exploit caste, religion, and reservation issues to incite unrest.
