Maharashtra Postal Circle (Maharashtra Post Office), India Posts has issued a notification inviting online applications for recruitment to the post of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS). Interested candidates can apply till 26th May, 2021.

Description of Posts:
Under this application process, 2428 posts of Branch Post Master (BPM), Assistant Branch Post Master (ABPM) and Postal Servants (Dav Sevak) will be recruited. Interested candidates appost. You can apply by visiting in.

Educational Qualifications:
For recruitment to the posts of GDS in the Department of Posts, 10th standard is required to pass. At the same time, there should be knowledge of the local language.

Date of Application - 27th April, 2021
Last Date of Application - 26th May 2021

Scale of pay:
TRCA slab has 4 hours/month. Minimum TRCA for Level 1
BPM- Rs. 12,000
Rs. 10,000 salary for ABPM/Dak Sevak
5 hours in TRCA slab/slab Minimum TRCA for Level 2
BPM - Rs. 14,500 salary
ABPM / AP Postal Servant - Rs. 12,000 per month

Age-limit:
The age of the candidate should be 18 to 40 years. According to the Government, there will be age relaxation for reserved category and there will be no relaxation in age limit for EWS category.

Selection Process:
The candidates will be selected through merit list as per rules based on online applications. Recruitment to the posts of postal servants will not require any written examination or interview but will be selected from the direct merit list.
