Leeds, England:  Due to huge 186-run partnership between Joe Root and skipper Eoin Morgan England  beat India by eight-wicket on Tuesday  and sealed a one-day international series win by 2-1. 

England bowlers restricted India to 256 for eight. Kuldeep Yadav, who took highest wickets in the first game, was unable to catch a single batsman.

After losing the toss, India only scored 32-1 from 10 overs But captain Kohli and opener Shikhar Dhawan increased the score card and due to their mutual efforts India took 68 from the next 10 overs. Dhawan scored 44 and got run out by a astonishing fielding from Ben Stokes. After that India lost wickets at regular intervals.

 While England easily brought up 100 runs within the 15-over.

Root scored a second ton and has become the top run scorer in the series While skipper Morgan was unbeaten 88 off 108 balls, including with nine fours and a six. The hosts side reached the victory target with more than five overs to spare.

Coming to Bowling then England bowlers Adil Rashid and David Willey clinched three wickets each while Indian skipper Virat Kohli made 71 .

 Both teams will play a five-test series on August 1 in Birmingham.
