Srinagar: An Indian Army jawan was hit by a mine blast in the Krishna Ghati sector of the Poonch district of The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. Army constable Krishna Vaidya was seriously injured in the incident. Due to which he died on the spot. Other army personnel deployed in a nearby area also rushed to the spot after the incident.

However, it is not yet clear whether the mine was a Pakistani army conspiracy or planted by terrorist organizations. Senior army officials are investigating the incident and continue to search the spot. Krishna Vaidya, a jawan from Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh, was posted in the 16th Corps of the Indian Army. The incident is said to have occurred during patrolling. Tell you that terrorist organizations are constantly plotting to de-establish Jammu and Kashmir, which the army is constantly failing.

A balloon of a PIA-marked dummy airplane was also recovered on Friday at the KG sector near the Line of Control (LoC). However, nothing objectionable was recovered from there. This was the seventh aircraft-sized balloon found in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Rajasthan since March this year.
