Qualified candidates are required for the post of navigator in the Indian Coast Guard. Notifications in this regard have been issued on the official portal joinindiancoastguard.gov.in, based on the information of which the eligible candidates can apply for recruitment to these posts. According to the notification, candidates are to be recruited on cook and steward posts and a total of 50 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Candidates have to go through the written test as well as the physical test to be selected, which will consist of races, sit-ups and push-ups. Educational Qualifications:
Candidates with a 50% number in class 10th can apply from a government recognized school. There is also a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks for candidates falling under reserved category and sports quota.
Age Range:
The age limit is fixed at 18 to 22 years while the age will be calculated on the basis of 01 April 2020.
