- Female: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes
- Squats (Uthak Baithak): Male - 20 times, Female - 15 times
- Push-ups: Male - 12
- Bent-Knee Sit-Ups: Female - 10
- Chest: Minimum expansion 5 cm.
