Indian Railways is once again winning hearts all over twitter. The railway helped an anxious son is contacting her mother.  Railway got her talking to her mother. Actually, the man's mother was traveling in the train, which was delayed for 12 hours. The son was unable to contact her and wanted to know whether she was alright or not. The railway service on Twitter not only answered the man's questions, but also helped him talk to his mother.

Twitter user Sashawat tweeted, "Sir, I am unable to contact my mother Mrs.Shila Pandey. She is travelling in Ajmer-SDAH Express 12988 with starting date 28-09-2019 in Coach S5, the train is running late by 12 hours. Sir, please help me know if she is there alright.

Railway service tweeted, 'Please share the date of boarding and name of boarding station.' After the reply of Ashwat, the railway service messaged that the information has been sent to the concerned officer. A few hours later Sashwat thanked the railway service. He wrote, 'Thank you very much for taking immediate action. I am grateful for your help. The tweet came from the Railway Ministry, 'Indian Railways takes care of its passengers. A son was unable to talk to his mother, who was traveling in the train. We talked about both. Then the railway wrote, 'Indian railways connect their loved ones'.
