New Delhi: Indian Railways has now taken a major decision to stop the spread of Corona infection and to maintain cleanliness in trains. Under which the railway passengers may have to be punished. In fact, the railways have now made a provision of punishing up to five years for those passengers who will not follow the rules of corona virus infection within railway stations and trains.

Under this, if a passenger is not wearing a mask at the train or station, does not follow social distancing, is found traveling in the train before the report is not received after getting infected or after giving sample for investigation, then Covid-19 There will be provisions related to punishment. In addition, if a passenger station is found spitting inside the train and does not follow the guidelines issued by the government to stop the spread of Covid-19, then the section of Railway Act-1989 against him- Under 153 there is a provision for fine or punishment.

Such punishment can be given in the section 153 under the Railway Act-1989. Cases of loss of life and railway property are registered in this section. Now it will be possible under the same section on passengers who do not follow the Covid Guidelines.
