Since 1 April 2021, the Indian Railways has informed the information of running of all passenger trains on the track. Railways said on the operation of full passenger trains from Holi or April 1 that no date of operation has been fixed at present. Indian Railways tweeted that the number of trains is being increased gradually. More than 65% of the trains are already running on the track. More than 250 trains were started in January. However, no date for the operation of trains in full is yet to be determined.

In some media reports recently it was told that from 1 April 2021, all passenger trains will start running on the track. It includes all trains including Shatabdi and Rajdhani. Railways have put an end to the possibilities and estimates of the operation of trains. Significantly, the Corona epidemic has started to stop in the middle of Corona vaccination in the country. The schools and colleges have also started opening in the states across the country from 01 February. It was speculated that due to Holi, all the passenger trains would start running soon.

All the regular passenger trains were banned due to lockdown to control the corona infection. While many special trains are being operated. Many festival special trains have also been released by the Railways in the festive season.
