Indore: Comedian Munawar Farooqui said at a function of Munro Cafe in 56 shop area of Indore that he was beaten up. No one else has beaten him but has been the leader of the Hinduist organization. It is being told that after beating, the leaders of the organization made the comedian and the organizer sit at the Tukoganj police station and complained about them there. The reason behind the beating was reported by the comedian to comment on the deities and Union Home Minister Amit Shah at the event.

Recently, Eklavya Gaur, the guardian of the Hind Rakshak Sangathan, alleged and said, 'Munawar Farooqui is a serial offender, who has also made fun of deities in his program earlier. He said, 'He has also commented about the carworkers killed in the Godhra carnage. In which he has also dragged the name of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Apart from this, Eklavya Gaur, the patron of Hind Rakshak Sangathan also said, 'We had already come to know about the comedian's program to be held here. That is why we took the ticket for it. We were accompanied by many more members of the organization. When we sat in the program, the comedian was joking about the deities and the Union Minister, because of this, we took him to the police station and also handed over his video to the police.

Talking about the matter, CSP BPS Parihar said, 'Muktas Jain, owner of Munro Cafe, did not take permission for the event. Children below 18 years were also present in this program. The investigation into the case is being done on the basis of a video submitted by the Indian Guard Organization'. Further action will be taken after investigation.
