New Delhi: Indrani Mukherjee, the main accused in the Sheena Bora Murder Case, had recently made a big claim that her daughter Sheena Bora is alive and is currently living in Kashmir. Indrani had also written to the CBI director for the same. Now in the case, her lawyer Sana R Khan has said that she will apply for an impartial inquiry into the CBI.
Sana R Khan has said that Indrani Mukherjee had informed her that a woman officer had informed her that she had met Sheena Bora near Dal Lake on June 24. Indrani's lawyer has said that she is ready to record her statement before the woman officer CBI as well. We will file an application to order an impartial inquiry to the CBI.
In a letter to the director CBI earlier, Indrani had said that she had recently met a woman in jail who told her that she had met Sheena Bora in Kashmir. Indrani Mukherjee also asked the CBI director to search for Sheena Bora in Kashmir. Indrani Mukherjee is the main accused in the Sheena Bora murder case and has been serving a sentence in Mumbai's Byculla jail since 2015.
