India approves these projects: Several hydroelectric projects have been approved by India, including Durbak Shyok (19 MW), Shanku (18.5 MW), Nimu Chilling (24 MW), Rongdo (12 MW) Ratan Nag (10.5 MW) in Leh. And Mangdoom Sangra (19 MW), Kargil Handman (25 MW) Tamsha (12 MW) are connected to Kargil. On the other hand, Pak can object to the design of the Indian hydroelectric scheme on the Chenab River. A large portion of the water of the Chenab river under IWT has been given to Pak.
