According to the report, the individuals who were given the injection due to the test lost an average of 16 kg in a year. At the same time, the individuals who were given the placebo lost an average of 3 kg of weight.

The use of this injection has been approved by the National Institute for Drug Regulation, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). This injection will be given weekly. For individuals with a body mass index (BMI) above 35, injections are now recommended by NICE.

People with a BMI between 30 and 35 can also take this injection according to the medical advice, diabetics.
