The entire case is from the United States, where the US Department of Justice sentenced an Instagram influencer for 14-year imprisonment. The case is such that an influencer named Adam has attacked a domain's owner with the help of his cousin. Reportedly, Adam sent his cousin to the house of Domain's owner with a gun and told him to take Domain's access. The full name of the influencer is Rossi Lorathio Adams II. People also know Adam by the name of Polo. Adam is convicted of intimidation and violence.

According to the report, Adam formed a social media company called State Snaps in the year 2015. State Snap also has accounts on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. Photos of naked and drunk youngsters were uploaded on State Snap's social media accounts. Gradually, this account has millions of followers. Meanwhile, Adam gave an interview on a TV channel in which he presented himself as Polo. Adam and his followers used the Do it for State slogan with their posts. So Adam wanted to buy the 'doitforstate.com' domain for the last two years. But this domain belongs to someone else who was not ready to sell this domain. Adam was also willing to pay 20 thousand dollars i.e. about 14,18,610 rupees for this domain but the domain's owner did not want to sell the domain. After this, Adam sent his cousin to the domain owner's house with a gun, after which the police arrested both.
