The BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi covers a major milestone as the installation of the sacred Amrut Kalash atop its seven spires took place recently. Swami Brahmaviharidas led the auspicious ceremony, marking a crucial moment in the temple's construction. A spectacular video capturing the event was shared on the temple's official 'X' account, showcasing the golden Amrut Kalash pots being placed atop the spires and offering a glimpse of the nearly finished temple.

Earlier, Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami blessed the seven spires of the BAPS Hindu Mandir by showering petals in a ceremonial puja. The occasion was met with immense joy from volunteers, artisans, devotees, and donors, signifying a significant step forward for the Mandir--a symbol of global harmony, peace, and tolerance. Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami expressed delight at the Mandir's beauty, grandeur, and the progress made, praising the selfless dedication of everyone involved.

 

Scheduled for February 14, 2024, the inauguration of Abu Dhabi's inaugural traditional Hindu stone temple is eagerly anticipated. Construction began in December 2019, and according to the Abu Dhabi media reports, the iconic BAPS Hindu Mandir is nearing completion. Sadguru Pujya Swami, the global convener of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, oversaw a ceremony involving the showering of flower petals over the spires, further marking this momentous journey towards the temple's completion.
