Xiomi’s Note series successor, Mi Note 2 is getting inspired from Apple’s new concept of a dual camera. The newSuper phone from Xiomi is expected to be revealed this month; the official announcement is yet to come from the company’s side.
A picture which was launched on the micro blogging website Weibo revealed the rear panel of the smartphone, not much can be figured out from the image but it is is assured to have a dual camera.
Xiaomi’s latest Mi 5s Plus also comes with a dual camera setup placed one on top of the other, while the Mi Note 2’s dual camera will be placed in the corner just like the iPhone 7 Plus.
Previous leaks suggest that the Mi Note 2 will be powered by a Snapdragon 821 processor with 6GB of RAM. The display size is expected to be 5.5 or 5.7 inches with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution.
The device will be equipped with a 16MP rear camera, while there is a 5MP front facing camera with 128GB of internal storage capacity. The company could also launch a 256GB variant. The device is expected to be fuelled by a 4000mAh battery.
