New Delhi: In the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, an Indian citizen imprisoned in Pakistan jail, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has exposed Pakistan in the United Nations (UN). The ICJ has told the United Nations that Pakistan has violated the Vienna Treaty by not giving counselors access to Kulbhushan Jadhav. In the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, ICJ President Judge Abdulkavi Yusuf has given his report to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday.

Justice Yusuf told the U.N. that, 'the ICJ found that Pakistan violated its obligations under Article 36 of the Vienna Convention and the correct measures were not taken in the case.' Significantly, on September 12, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) gave its talk while giving press talks. Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravish Kumar had told that India will go to the ICJ again regarding the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. He had said that we will try to have full implementation of ICJ.

Let me tell you that on 12 September, Pakistan refused to give another consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav who was imprisoned in Pakistan jail. In connection with this, Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesman Dr. Mohammad Faisal had said that Kulbhushan Jadhav will not be given counselor access for the second time.
