Srinagar: Yoga programmes will be organised in all the 22 districts of the State on International Day of Yoga. Various functions will be organised from Lakhanpur to Ladakh and From Jammu to Kashmir. According to Chandra Mohan Sharma, convener of the International Yoga Organising Committee, the main event will be held at KK Hakku Astro Turf Hockey Stadium in Jammu. Around four thousand people will perform yoga at the same time.

According to the information, school students will also be involved. The programme is being carried out in collaboration with Yoga organisations besides government departments. On the other hand, BJP General Secretary's Organisation in Srinagar will visit Srinagar to participate in the Yoga Day, especially on the International Day of Yoga. Apart from the administrative level in Ladakh, the BJP will also organise events on the International Day of Yoga.
