The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification to fill up several vacancies and while invited applications from interested and eligible candidates before March 7, 2021. IOCL proposes to engage Technical and Non-Technical Apprentices at its Locations in States & Union Territory of Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Dadra & Nagar Haveli).
?Applications are invited from candidates meeting the following qualification & other parameters for engagement as Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973,? an official notification of IOCL read.
The Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum is 24 years as on 28.02.2021 for General/EWS candidates. Relaxation of upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates shall be extended as per government guidelines. Mark sheet/Certificate issued by Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class X) examination shall be the only acceptable document in support of age, it read.
In addition, applications are invited from Citizens of India for undergoing Apprenticeship Training in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Nasik Division for a period of one year as an Apprentice Trainee,? HAL notified.
For Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university in the aforesaid Disciplines/Subject fields only and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 3 years.
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education in the above-mentioned Disciplines/Subject fields only and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 3 years.
