New Delhi [India], Jan 28: From Nepal Sandeep Lamichhane, is the only player from Nepal in the IPL auction sold for Rs 20 lakh to Delhi. Left-arm pacer Jaydev Unadkat became the most expensive Indian player in the 2018 Indian Premier League Auction after he attracted a bid of Rs 11.50 crore from the Rajasthan Royals. Unadkat beat KL Rahul and Manish Pandey who bagged Rs 11 crore contracts on the opening day of the auction on Saturday. Rahul was sold to Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), while SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) picked up Pandey. Unadkat is the second most expensive buy this year after England all-rounder Ben Stokes, who was also bought by Rajasthan for Rs 12.50 crore. While it appeared to be a battle between KXIP and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for Unadkat, Rajasthan made a quiet entry towards the end to win the bid for him.Yes it is craziest day when it come to the youngest player. While playing for Uttar Pradesh, Mavi suffered a horrific injury to his knee, one that kept him on the sidelines for close to three months. Shivam Mavi sold to KKR for Rs 3 Crores. Mujeeb Zadran becomes the youngest player to enter in the auction. Mujeeb Zadran is the 16th year old teenager who come from Afghanistan. He was part of under 19 world cup. Mujeeb was bought by King XI Punjab for Rs. 4 Crores. He was the youngest player and now he is million dollar man. Jaydev Unadkat become the most expensive Indian cricketer. Double R’s bought Jaydev Unadkat for Rs 11.5 Crores. Jaydev Unadkat had played for Rising Pune Supergiant in the previous season of IPL. On the other hand young Indian cricketers Murugan Ashwin who plays for Tamil Nadu and also part of recent IPL. He made his List A debut on 11 December 2015 in the 2015–16. After RCB pick Murugan Ashwin for Rs 2.2 Crores. Another shocking biding was of Gowtham Krishnappa was sold to Rajasthan Royals for Rs 6.20 crores. In October 2017, he scored his maiden first-class century, batting for Karnataka against Assam in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy.
