Lucknow: Congress President Rahul Gandhi has once again attacked the central government through a tweet. Congress leader has targeted the PM government after Iran's removal of India from the Chabahar rail project. Rahul Gandhi wrote that India's global strategy is failing completely. Iran has been kicked out of the important rail scheme from Chabahar to Zahedan, behind which Iran has said that the late funding from India is an issue.
