Ajay Devgn is all set for his upcoming film Drishyam 2. The is back with ‘Drishyam 2’, the sequel to the 2015 blockbuster ‘Drishyam’. Earlier Ajay Devgn teased his fans by sharing pictures of some old bills on his Instagram handle and now the actor has shared the teaser of the film.
The actor earlier sharing the teaser of the film wrote, “Vijay aur uske parivaar ki kahaani toh yaad hogi na aapko? Ki yaad dilaye?” Isha Dutta who played the role of Ajay Devgn Daughter has also shared the trailer of the film. She recently opens up on her role and excitement for Drishyam 2.
Isha Dutta said, “I am very excited for 'Drishyam 2'. A lot of my fans and the audience have been asking me about the second installment of the film for a very long time. It's finally here and I am sure the audience will love everything the film has to offer.” She further added, “I have done films earlier but a majority of the audiences remember me for my role in Drishyam. So, I am really grateful to be a part of this film.”
Drishyam, the Hindi remake of hit Malayalam flick of the same name, was helmed by National-Award-winning director Nishikant Kamat, who died in 2020 at the age of 50. Most of the original cast, including Tabu as feisty top cop Meera Deshmukh, will be reprising their roles in the sequel. Tabu, Dutta and Saran reprise their roles along with Devgn in ‘Drishyam 2’. The sequel will also star Akshaye Khanna. This movie marks the second collaboration of Khanna and Devgn after 20 years. The first time they appeared together was in the 2002 thriller ‘Deewangee’’. The film will be released in theatres on November 18.
