After a long wait, the first teaser of Ram Pothineni starrer iSmart Shankar is out. The makers of the film have unveiled the teaser on Ram Pothineni's birthday. The teaser has taken social media by storm. Ram Pothineni's attitude, heroic swag and dialogue delivery is just on point. Ram has managed to live up to audience expectations once again with his stylish avatar.

iSmart Shankar features Ram in a rash and mass role that shows his aggressiveness. However, the hero looks like a typical rehash of Puri Jagan's heroes from Pokiri, Bujjigadu, Ek Niranjan, Heart Attack and all other movies. Also the 'dhamki' 'extortion' 'mafia' 'encounter' kind of stuff is something we have seen umpteen times for Puri and that's the reason they are not sounding any new.
Other than Ram Pothineni, the film also has Nidhhi Agerwal, Nabha Natesh, Satya Dev in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Puri Connects, which is owned by the director and actress Charmme Kaur, who is also playing a cameo in the film. The music of the film is composed by Mani Sharma.
