The IDF announces that Israeli forces have eliminated over 40 terrorists within the past day. Additionally, three Likud MKs have urged Netanyahu to pass a military draft bill as a temporary measure for one year.

International concerns are mounting as Israel gears up for a full-scale operation in Rafah.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu conveyed to US President Joe Biden his desire for a hostage deal during their recent phone conversation. Netanyahu clarified that, contrary to some media reports, he is committed to securing the release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.

However, Netanyahu emphasized the necessity for a deal that can garner approval from the Israeli cabinet, according to senior American and Israeli officials briefed on the call.
