Method: First add oil to a pan and heat. Add rye-kalonji and fry. Then add garlic paste and chilli and stir continuously for a while. Now add tomatoes and salt and cook.
When the masala cooks well, add the mushrooms, peas, and water if needed, and cook until the water has evaporated. Continue to run on a regular basis.
Add garam chaat masala after the mushrooms are thoroughly cooked, garnish with green coriander on top, and serve spicy mushrooms with peas with hot bread.
