The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has confirmed that it has extended the suspension of all its competitions, including Serie-A, to 14 June. This has been done in view of the crisis of the coronavirus epidemic. According to Goal.com report, earlier, it was believed that the league could start from June 13 and for this, the clubs had voted in favor of it last week. However, the administration said on Monday that the league will not start until June 15.

Earlier, there were reports that all clubs of the Italian League Serie A would return to practice from Monday after getting the green signal from the government. Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said in a press conference on Saturday, "From May 18, the training and museums of the retail store, hairdressers, beauticians, bars, restaurants, pubs and football teams will resume."

The players have started practicing on a personal level keeping in mind the social distance from last week. The league has been postponed since March 9 due to the coronavirus epidemic.
