In the warmer, longer, lazier days of summer, the living may not be easy, but your life probably feels less chaotic. It is the best time to improve your health.

Here, are some tips to boost personal health:

1. Give Your Diet a Berry Boost- have a cup of mixed fresh berries -blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries - every day. This will boost your diet and give you an antioxidant which may help prevent damage to tissues and reduce the risks of age-related illnesses.

2. Get Dirty - by planting a small garden and cultivating a few flower pots you can improve your stress level.

3. Floss Daily- floss every single day, flossing reduces oral bacteria, which improves overall body health, and if oral bacteria is low, your body has more resources to fight bacteria elsewhere.

4. Get Outside to Exercise- Just do outdoors excercise daily, in the form of games, activities, aerobics etc. pick a one activity to shed that cooped-up feeling of gym workouts.

5. Sleep well- Bed time is must for staying fit. Resist the urge to stay up later during long summer days not drinking alcohol within three hours of bedtime.

6. Drink water- drinking 8 glasses of water is must in summer to keep yourself hydrated.
