Jabalpur: Hanumanatal police station of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, has busted a gang selling drug injections. One member of this gang has been arrested. A large number of drug injections and syringes have been recovered from the arrested accused, but the main master of this black business of drugs has managed to escape. Police is interrogating the arrested accused and finding out about the rest of his accomplices.

Police say that they had received information from the informant. The informer had told that a person near Char Khamba Budhi Khermai temple is trying to sell narcotic injections. After which the police reached the spot and caught the person selling the drug injection. Police say that 20 drugs of LUPICGESIC 2ML, 50 narcotics injections of ALERVIL 10ML and 18 syringes have been recovered from him. The name of the accused has been found out in the inquiry. Irshad told in interrogation that Mukhtar Kanja is the main master of this drug trade, at the behest of him, he was selling narcotic injections in the city.

This gang used to target 16 to 22 years old youngsters and make them addicts. Then used to earn profits by selling them at high prices. Irshad Ahmed said that he used to supply drugs to the young people of 16 to 22 years in secluded areas. However, Hanumanatal police station is engaged in the investigation of Mukhtar Kanja.
