Ingredients for making jackfruit pakoras-
Raw jackfruit - 500 g
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Heeng- 1/2 pinch
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Celery - 1/2
Oil - for frying

Method of making jackfruit pakoras - First of all, cut the jackfruit into small pieces and remove the back of the seed. After this, add 1/2 cup water, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1 pinch of asafoetida to the cooker, add the chopped jackfruit, close the lid and put it on the flame and let a whistle come. Now after a while, open the lid of the cooker and remove it and throw away the remaining water. After this, put raw oil in a deep-fried pan and heat it on a light flame. Now in a deep pot, add besan, rice flour, salt to taste and a little water from the paste and make a solution. After this, add red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander powder, amchur, garam masala and ajwain to this solution and mix well and add 1 tsp oil to it. Now add boiled jackfruit pieces to this solution and mix and add turmeric. Collect your solution to make crispy dumplings ready.

This is how crispy pakodas will be made - for this, add oil to the pan and heat it well, then make the pakoda solution a little bit and drip it into this oil. Now fry the dumplings on a low flame until golden brown.  After this, take out these pakodas on a paper plate to soak up the excess oil. Fry all such dumplings and now take out these dumplings in a serving plate and serve them with tomato ketchup or coriander and tomato sour chutney.
