Jagapathi Babu will be seen in the film 'Pukar' directed by Ashutosh Gowariker

As per the latest reports, Jagapathi Babu will be seen playing a negative role in the upcoming Bollywood film 'Pukar' directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. The film stars Farhan Akhtar in the lead role, and Rakul Preet Singh shares screen space with him as the female lead in the film.Farhan's father Javed Akhtar is reportedly writing the script for the film, which will talk about the 'persistence of the jungle'. Farhan will be seen in the role of a forest ranger in the film.

Tollywood actor Jagapathi Babu, who played a family hero to villain in 'Legend', has since played several important roles in various Telugu films as a character artist, antagonist and other notable roles. Now, he is busy shooting and releasing several films.Recently, we have seen similar material in Rana Daggubati starrer 'Haathi Mere Saathi' where Rana was seen fighting against deforestation in the film.

The shooting of the Bollywood film will reportedly begin in December, and Jagapathi Babu will be involved in the shoot since then. Jagapathi Babu was recently seen in 'Maha Samudram' directed by Ajay Bhupathi, where his negative character was well received by the audience.
