Jagjit Singh, who is called the uncrowned king of the Ghazal world, died on this day. Today is his death anniversary. Although even today he is not among us, but his voice is still the beat of millions of hearts. Even today people are crazy for him and they get lost in a different world after listening to his ghazals. Let us tell you all that Jagjit died on 10 October 2011 due to brain hemorrhage at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.

Before his death, he had been in a coma for more than two weeks. Well, talking about Jagjit's career, he was fond of music since childhood. He used to study in the light of lanterns but made a place in millions of hearts with his music. Even today people listen to his songs and ghazals with great love. It is said that when Jagjit came to Mumbai, he had no money to live and eat. At that time, he used to go to weddings to give his performance at weddings. Jagjit Singh's wife's name is Chitra Singh who is also very famous. She is also known for her ghazals.
