Further action is going to be taken on the motion for breach of privilege of Hanuman Beniwal, MP from Nagaur, Rajasthan. The second meeting of the privilege breach committee of Parliament is going to be held on August 11. In this important meeting, the Chief Secretary of the state, Rajiv Swaroop, DGP Bhupendra Singh Yadav, and ADG Intelligence Umesh Mishra will be present before the Parliamentary Committee. Chief Secretary Rajiv Swaroop had a meeting with Director General of Police Bhupendra Singh Yadav, DG Crime ML Lather, ADG Intelligence Umesh Mishra appearing before the Privilege Abuse Committee. Chief Secretary Rajiv Swaroop has ordered to keep complete preparation before appearing the committee.

It is to be known that on November 12 last year, the convoy of MP Hanuman Beniwal was attacked in Baytu. In this, MP Hanuman Beniwal proposed a breach of privilege in the winter session for not registering an FIR on behalf of the police. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla accepted the MP's proposal and sent it to the Privilege Abuse Committee. The committee summoned the officials on the proposal. The last time in the case was presented before the Officer Privilege Abuse Committee on March 17, in which only the Chief Secretary's side was heard. The remaining officers were instructed to attend the next meeting.

Before the committee, the Chief Secretary DB Gupta said that the case report had been filed. Two stones have been confirmed on the MP's car, but the statements have not been recorded yet. The investigation of this case has also been submitted to CIDCB.
