Jaipur: The killing of five people of the same family in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, has created a stir. Three women and two children have been killed in Dudu town of Jaipur, following which a total of five bodies have been recovered from the well. Of the three women who died, two were pregnant. According to media reports, it was the in-laws who killed the three women and two children in the greed of dowry. The women (all sisters) whose bodies have been found include Kaludevi and her two sisters.
The bodies of two children of Kalu Devi (one of four years and the other of 27 days) have also been recovered. The bodies of his two sisters, Mamta Devi and Kamlesh, have also been fished out from the same well, two kilometres away from the town. Both the sisters of Kalu Devi were pregnant and could give birth to a child at any time. After the recovery of five bodies simultaneously, panic has spread in the entire area. Several high police officers also reached the spot and efforts are on to get the bodies out of the well. Since Wednesday evening, along with 3 real sisters, their two children were also missing.
According to the report, fifteen days ago, the eldest sister was beaten up and injured in her eyes. She had come back home from the hospital some time ago and there was a constant demand for dowry from the in-laws. Police are currently investigating the case.
