BALI: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Thursday on the sidelines of the G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting at Bali. they have discussed "specific outstanding issues in our bilateral relationship pertaining to the border situation".

Jaishakar is scheduled to have multiple bilateral talks with his counterparts from other G20 member states and invited countries, the Ministry of External Affairs said. His participation in FMM, "would strengthen India's interaction with G20 member states."
India's participation in the next FMM negotiations assumes even greater significance as a G20 troika member and as the G20's incoming president, it added.
