Jammu and Kashmir Assembly budget session will begin today. The joint sitting of Legislature will be addressed by Governor N.N Vohra and the session is scheduled to end on February 4.
On January 4, the Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu will present the budget and it is the government's third budget.
In the session, mainly the issue of valley, identity cards to be given to Hindu Refugees and terror attacks will be discussed.
