Jammu: Many attacks are carried out by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the police and army have once again thwarted the conspiracy of the terrorists. The police's Special Operation Group and the Army's Romeo Force have recovered several tools, destroying a terrorist hideout in the city's Mananganad Top jungle after the search operation.

These tools include two old AK 47 rifles and four magazines. The area from which the weapons have been recovered has been the old route for the arrival of the enemy after infiltration from across the border. After infiltration from the Line of Control in Poonch sector, this is a simple route for the terrorists to reach the Kashmir Valley, as there is no deployment of security forces in many places in the Pir Panjal hills.

According to the information received, on Friday morning, 39 RRs of SOG and Romeo Force, led by DSP Operation Munish Sharma, started a search operation in Mananganad, Mananganad Top, Dhingi Chir area near LOC. Due to this, at around 2.30 pm, the security forces destroyed a terrorist hideout in the forest in Kalsan area of Mananganad Top. From where two old AK 47 rifles and 4 magazines have been recovered. In this regard, SSP Ramesh Angral says that SOG and Army started a joint search operation on the concrete information. Due to this the tools were recovered.
