Jammu: The new team of the state BJP is getting balanced. The number of office bearers including the chairman in the new team is going to be 21. Youth and women will get preference in the team. Some old faces can be replaced by new faces in the state team. Officials staying for five years in a post can also be discharged. A possible list of state officials has been sent by the state president Ravindra Raina to the central leadership. A total of 50 names have been sent, after which the central leadership will approve the names of 20 officials after deliberations. The new team will have general secretary-three, vice-president and secretary eight-eight and treasurer.

According to the information received, there were 12 vice-presidents and secretaries in the old team. In the new team, 5 women can be given place, while in the old team there were three women. A panel of three names has been sent to the central leadership for the post of president of seven fronts including women, youth, farmers front. One of these names will be approved. Sources say that there may be problems in adjusting to the post of vice-president and secretary. In such a situation, their number can be increased from eight to eight. State President Ravindra Raina said that the list of possible names has been sent to the central leadership. According to the constitution, there will be 21 officials regarding the president.

The team's announcement is possible after Shivratri: where it has been learned that the circumambulation of Delhi Durbar has been started by the prospective officials. To make a place in the team, the doors of Union leaders from the Union to the BJP are being knocked. The state president said that after Shivratri, a new team could be announced between February 25 to 28. Before this, the district and division teams have to be announced by 20 February. He informed that with the announcement of the new team, the party will start a campaign to strengthen itself in Jammu and Kashmir with full potential.
